An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, strategic leader to join Lifecentre as Head of Business Development.

Lifecentre is a charity serving survivors of sexual abuse in West Sussex.  As a pivotal role within the Senior Management team, the Head of Business Development will contribute to shaping the future of Lifecentre and in achieving strategic objective of having a sustainable business model in place to deliver and sustain therapeutic services to survivors in West Sussex.

 

  • The post holder will lead, direct and manage the business development teams (training and corporate) to ensure that income streams are maximised, and expenditure controlled, managing and monitoring performance against agreed budgets.
  • You will develop, implement and deliver a new Income Generation strategy, identifying and initiating new income streams and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • The person in this role will be creative, innovative and dynamic with excellent networking and communication skills. They will demonstrate strategic leadership and be able to lead and support their teams in achieving ambitious goals.
