GP Surgery Learning Disability Register

As part of the Inclusion Engagement project, Speak Out from Sussex NHS Commissioners has produced a resource to raise awareness of the GP Surgery Learning Disability Register. A local doctor talks about the coronavirus vaccine and why it is a good thing to have. A local person called Nicola has her vaccine and talks you through the process.
