Recruiting Organisation: Citizens Advice in West Sussex (North, South, East)

Working hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £24,000  per annum
Contract: 12 months with potential to be Permanent
Location: Crawley, Horsham, or Shoreham

Join the Citizens Advice West Sussex’s Help Through Hardship team, supporting vulnerable people, who are in crisis and emergency need of food provision. Exploring their circumstances to see how they can support and progress income maximisation through information, they provide advice and signposting.

You will be joining a small team of digital advisers based in West Sussex who support the partnership working with Trussel Trust in trying to end food bank dependency by empowering and supporting people to find solutions to maximise their income.

This is a rewarding role, where you will be trained in the required advice areas to support the diverse communities and vulnerable people accessing the service.
