YMCA DownsLink Group is a charity working to transform the lives of vulnerable young people, working to prevent youth homelessness and provide a home to 763 young people every night. They reach a further 10,000 young people and their families through our other key services, such as counselling, support and advice, mediation and youth work. This is challenging yet rewarding work that helps the young people they support to belong, contribute, and thrive.
The Role:
They are looking for a permanent, part-time (30 hours per week) Digital Communications and Marketing Manager to join the experienced, passionate communications and marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Communications and Marketing specialist to help drive digital engagement, run campaigns, lead on digital fundraising, with the aim to increase awareness of the YMCA DownsLink Group’s impacts. The role also involves helping to develop the digital marketing strategy and deliver integrated campaigns to increase awareness and improve individual giving.
The expected working pattern is four days a week; with a flexible working arrangement, working at least two days onsite at Reed House in Hove.
Who You Are
They are looking for an individual that has a ‘digital first’ approach to communications with proficient digital marketing skills and experience of running digital campaigns.
