Turning Tides is looking to add to their mental health provision by recruiting a Mental Health Worker who will coordinate and enhance mental health support to homeless people in Horsham and Mid Sussex. The postholder will play a pivotal role in developing and sustaining links with statutory and voluntary/community mental health services; and will provide client-led support and interventions to address need; reduce harm and facilitate journeys away from homelessness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with people who self-report or experience diagnosed mental health difficulties and/or within a homelessness setting.

Successful applicants (dependent on role) are required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
